Standard, Pre-Made Item + Shipping Time

If an item is not specifically marked “*CUSTOM*” this means it is a pre-made, ready to ship item. These items will ship in 2-3 business days (M-F) and you will receive an e-mail notification of your tracking number once it has been sent out.

*CUSTOM* Item Creation + Shipping Time

If an item is marked “*CUSTOM*” this means that your item will be hand made for you after your payment clears. Creation time will be listed on the specific item’s details as each item is different. You will be notified along the way of the progress of your item being created and of when it ships (along with a tracking number).

Hula Hoops & “Perfect Circles”

Due to tubing storage at the manufacturer’s plant, as well as the nature of how the tubing is coiled, collapsible hula hoops are rarely ever a “perfect circle” but they are very close and can be wiggled in to one! This does not impact your ability to hoop, learn with, or collapse these hoops. More often than not you can simply stand on one connector and pull the opposite connector up with your hands to wiggle it back in to shape!

Collapsible hoops also have a tendency to slightly twist at each connector when open and resting. This is not a malfunction or problem with your hoop, it’s just your hoop showing you which way it naturally collapses. Again, you can just grab either side of the connector and twist it back in to place if it is bothering you. Fear not! Your hoop is in good health. 🙂

Collapsible Hoops & You

Your hoop will be collapsible just by the nature of needing to ship to you, alone. This is great news for you! Your hoop can be collapsed whenever you’re walking in a crowded place, traveling somewhere, or just on the go in general. However, do not store your hoop collapsed or leave it collapsed in your car for days at a time! If you do this it could warp the tubing and connectors, especially if heat has been applied (think summer). It’s perfectly ok to collapse it and drive during summer and whatnot, but always remember to take it back out when you get to your destination and open it back up so it’s in a warp-worry-free resting position.

(Watch the whole video even if you’re only needing to open it, it will make more sense!)

Item Issues / Return Inquiries

If you end up having a problem with an item that is shipped out to you, please contact us within 24 hours of receipt with a photo of the damage and let us know what’s going on. Our number one goal is to make sure you are happy with your items and we’ll do whatever we can to make it right.

We will refund you this shipping fee upon receipt of your package. Once the item gets back to us we will investigate, as long as the item shows no extra signs of wear, smell, or blatant misuse / damage then we will proceed with a refund or offer you store credit, whichever you prefer.
